What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser when you visit them. They are used to remember preferences, improve the browsing experience and gather statistics about how the site is used.
Which cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
These are essential for the website to work. Without them, some functions stop being available.
- cw_conversation — keeps your support chat conversation open so the history is not lost as you move between pages. It is set by our own support platform, hosted at soporte.exodobpo.com: the conversation is not shared with an external chat provider.
Preferences stored in your browser
These are not cookies in the strict sense: they live in your browser's local storage, are never sent to our servers, and you can clear them from your browser settings.
- exodo_lang — the language you chose, so we do not ask again.
- exodo_lang_hint — that we already showed you the language notice, so we do not repeat it.
- exodo_chat_autoabierto — that the chat already opened once, so it does not open by itself again.
Usage measurement
When the form is connected to our CRM, exodo_contact_recovery_v1 provides essential tab storage to recover an interrupted submission. It holds an opaque reference, a content fingerprint, expiry and sanitized attempt context, without storing your name, email or message. It is removed after confirmed receipt and its reference expires within 24 hours. It works even if you decline analytics and is not used for advertising.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many visits each page receives. This tool sets no cookies and creates no persistent identifiers, and it cannot reconstruct any individual person's path through the site.
When optional measurement is enabled, we ask for permission before loading Google Analytics 4. It measures visits and form receipts without receiving the names, email addresses or messages you enter. Page addresses are sent without query parameters or fragments. Advertising features and ad personalization remain disabled.
Your choice is stored for six months in exodo_analytics_consent_v1. If you accept, Google may create _ga and _ga_* cookies, configured to expire after six months. Campaign attribution is stored in exodo_marketing_journey_v1 within the tab for up to thirty minutes. It may accompany your inquiry to our CRM or éXo chat to identify its source; it contains no form text.
You can decline or change your choice through Privacy preferences at the bottom of the page. Declining does not prevent using the form or chat. Withdrawal stops optional measurement and clears its local storage; it does not automatically erase inquiries already received. See Google's Privacy Policy.
What we do not use
We use no advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not share browsing data with advertising networks or with third parties for commercial purposes.
How to manage cookies
You can set your browser to reject all cookies, accept only some, or notify you each time a cookie is sent. Note that disabling cookies may affect how the site works.
