- cw_conversation — keeps your support chat conversation open so the history is not lost as you move between pages. It is set by our own support platform, hosted at soporte.exodobpo.com: the conversation is not shared with an external chat provider.
Preferences stored in your browser
These are not cookies in the strict sense: they live in your browser's local storage, are never sent to our servers, and you can clear them from your browser settings.
- exodo_lang — the language you chose, so we do not ask again.
- exodo_lang_hint — that we already showed you the language notice, so we do not repeat it.
- exodo_chat_autoabierto — that the chat already opened once, so it does not open by itself again.
Usage measurement
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many visits each page receives. This tool sets no cookies and creates no persistent identifiers, and it cannot reconstruct any individual person's path through the site.
What we do not use
We use no advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not share browsing data with advertising networks or with third parties for commercial purposes.
How to manage cookies
You can set your browser to reject all cookies, accept only some, or notify you each time a cookie is sent. Note that disabling cookies may affect how the site works.
