Information we collect
- Identification data: first name, last name, national ID or tax ID, job title and company.
- Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site and cookies.
- Data you provide voluntarily: information sent through contact forms or by email.
- Biometric data: within identity verification processes, a facial image used solely to confirm the identity of the data subject. This data is processed in real time for matching and is not stored.
Purpose of processing
- To provide and improve our BPO, credit analysis and document management services.
- To respond to enquiries and contact requests.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
- To send commercial communications, only with prior consent.
- To analyse website usage in order to improve the user experience.
Legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed under Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and its implementing Decree 1558/2001, on the following grounds:
- Consent of the data subject.
- Performance of a contract or commercial relationship.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
- Legitimate interest of éxodo bpo, provided the rights of the data subject do not override it.
Storage and security
We apply technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Data is held on secure servers with access restricted to authorised staff.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described, or as required by applicable law.
Your rights
Under Argentine Law 25.326, you have the right to:

The Argentine national data protection authority, which supervises Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims concerning breaches of personal data protection rules.
Data transfers
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties, except where necessary to provide our services, to comply with legal obligations, or where the data subject has given consent.
International transfers. To provide our services we use cloud hosting infrastructure whose servers may sit outside Argentina, including in the United States. Where the destination country is not deemed to offer an adequate level of protection by the Argentine access-to-information authority, the transfer relies on contractual data protection clauses guaranteeing a level of protection equivalent to that required by Law 25.326, in accordance with Ruling DNPDP 60/2016, art. 2, and AAIP Resolution 34/2019.
Who is involved. We publish the full roster of providers that take part in processing — what each one does, which country it stores information in, and under what guarantees — on our subprocessors page. It also records the internal tools that do not access client data. If we add or change a provider involved in processing, we update that page and notify clients with active contracts before the change takes effect.
Among the accepted mechanisms, AAIP Resolution 198/2023 recognised the Model Contractual Clauses of the Ibero-American Data Protection Network for transfers to jurisdictions without adequacy. The instrument that applies to each operation is set out in the contract with each client.
