At éxodo bpo we operate with integrity, transparency and respect in every business relationship. This policy sets out the principles that guide our conduct and that of everyone who works with us.
Scope
This policy applies to all directors, employees, contractors, suppliers and business partners of éxodo bpo, without exception.
Core principles
- Integrity: we act honestly in everything we do. We do not tolerate fraud, deception or the manipulation of information under any circumstances.
- Transparency: we keep communication open and truthful with clients, suppliers, authorities and staff.
- Confidentiality: we protect our clients' information with the same rigour we apply to our own. Trust is the basis of our business.
- Equality and non-discrimination: we foster a workplace free from discrimination on grounds of gender, age, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, social background or any other personal characteristic.
- Regulatory compliance: we comply with Argentine law and the international standards applicable to our activity.
Anti-corruption
éxodo bpo maintains a policy of zero tolerance towards corruption in all its forms. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Offering, promising, giving, requesting or accepting bribes, kickbacks or improper payments of any kind.
- Making facilitation payments to public or private officials.
- Offering gifts, hospitality or benefits that could be read as an attempt to influence commercial or regulatory decisions.
- Taking part in money laundering or terrorist financing.
This policy sits within Argentine Law 27.401 on the criminal liability of legal entities, and the corruption provisions of the Argentine Criminal Code.
Conflicts of interest
All staff must avoid situations where their personal interests could conflict with those of the company or its clients. Any potential conflict of interest must be declared to management immediately.

éxodo bpo provides a confidential channel to report any conduct that may breach this policy:
The confidentiality of the reporter is guaranteed, as is the absence of retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith.
Consequences of breach
Breach of this policy may lead to disciplinary measures, including termination of the employment or commercial relationship, and referral to the competent authorities where appropriate.
