We do what your operation needs.

Some processes need human hands, judgment and attention to detail. Things no software solves on its own. We learn them, we run them, we make them ours.

Every company operates differently. We adapt to yours.

Some tasks need people who understand the context, review with judgment and enter data where it belongs. You cannot automate that with a button.

We do them. We learn how you operate, work inside your systems and execute as if we were part of your team. With clear rules, constant feedback and measurable results.

A few examples

If it can be explained, we can run it.

01

Payment entry and reconciliation

Payments that arrive outside the system, entries recorded by hand, documents that have to be matched one by one. We check who paid, how much and when, and enter it into your system. Every day, without errors.

Processes that do not fit an automated flow.

We solve them with people and judgment.
02

Organizing data that lives outside the ERP

Information that does not fit in SAP, operational data managed in spreadsheets, files growing out of control. We filter, review and structure them, and hand them back ready for your team to use without losing time.

Whatever falls outside the ERP, we put in order.

Clean information, ready to work with.
03

Handling claims across systems

Claims that come in through one system and get processed in another. We check them, validate them and enter them where they belong. Two platforms that do not talk to each other, connected by our team.

When the systems will not integrate, we do.

Every case documented and verifiable.
04

Balance sheet analysis and creditworthiness

We enter balance sheet data into internal systems, consolidate accounting entries and apply financial judgment to determine each applicant's creditworthiness. This is not data entry — it is reasoned analysis.

Financial analysts dedicated to your operation.

Professional judgment, not just keying in data.
05

Verifying awarded members and subscriptions

We verify the documentation and requirements of awarded and drawn members, enter the data, determine eligibility and process new subscriptions in Newcon. The full cycle, start to finish.

The entire plan process, run by us.

From subscription through to delivery.

And whatever else you need us to do

These are only a few examples. If your process can be explained, we can run it. A recurring task, a one-off project, something currently handled by one person who cannot keep up. We study it and we execute it.

Have a process that fits none of these categories?

Tell us about it and we will solve it.
The change

Before and after éxodo.

Without éxodo
Data keyed in by hand by people who have other priorities

One person leaves and the process grinds to a halt
Fixed costs for work that is not constant
With éxodo
A dedicated team that does only this
Information structured, verified and current
Every case logged from start to finish
Guaranteed continuity, with permanent backup
Variable costs that follow your volume

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about the managed back office.

What kind of processes can you take on?
Repeatable, explainable processes that eat your internal time today: data entry and validation, reconciliations, claims handling, document verification, quality control and administrative back office. The rule is simple: if it can be explained, it can be delegated. What does not get delegated is the business decision or the regulatory responsibility, which remain yours.
How long does it take to get a new operation running?
A typical start takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on complexity: we map the current process, define rules and SLAs, run a pilot in parallel with your team, and only then scale in waves. We never migrate everything at once: the old operation keeps running until the new one proves the numbers.
Do you work with our tools or with yours?
With yours. We operate inside your systems (Salesforce, SAP, Newcon or whichever you use) so the information stays where you already have it. If a tool is needed that does not exist, we build it and it comes included in the service, with no licenses and no separate IT project.
How do I control the quality of your work?
We define indicators from day one and measure them continuously: volume processed, turnaround times, error rate and SLA compliance. You get case-by-case traceability and dashboards with the real state of the operation. Because this is a contracted service, you can demand those numbers — that is the difference from doing it in house.
What happens if volume goes up or down from one month to the next?
That is precisely the advantage of the model: we absorb the peaks without you hiring, and in quiet months you are not paying for idle structure. The cost follows the volume actually processed instead of sitting fixed on your payroll.
How is the service billed?
By volume or per unit processed depending on the type of operation, under a scheme agreed before we start. The technology, the integrations and the dashboards are included: they are not billed as separate development.
