Éxodo is not liable for commercial, financial, credit or regulatory decisions taken by its clients on the basis of the results of its services, nor for the use they make of the processed information.
The information analysed, entered or verified by Éxodo rests on the documents and instructions supplied by the client. Éxodo does not warrant the accuracy of data provided by third parties and is not liable for consequences arising from information that is incorrect, incomplete or altered by the end applicant.
6. Termination of accounts and content
Éxodo may terminate accounts, reject requests or remove content at any time where it considers that they breach these Terms or affect the security, integrity or reputation of the company or its clients.
Such termination may take place without prior notice and without giving rise to any claim, save where expressly provided by law.
7. Limitation of liability
Éxodo shall not be liable for:
- Technical faults, interruptions or errors in the operation of the site.
- Errors or omissions in the content.
- Damage arising from improper or unsafe use by users.
- Consequences caused by third parties accessing the site without authorisation.
- Viruses, malware or any damage to the user system.
